As part of our Meteojob team, we are looking for a Business Analyst / RevOps Analyst to join us! You will contribute to optimizing the Go-to-Market strategy of our various products to drive revenue growth, in a highly visible cross-functional role. You will work closely with sales, marketing, Salesforce administration, and leadership team.
More specifically, as a Business Analyst / RevOps Analyst, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Tracking business performance through weekly reviews, including the following KPIs: bookings, new business, pipeline creation, contract renewals, churn, profitability, and sales activity metrics. Implementing reporting tools and dashboards for the sales management team.

Contributing to the definition of quarterly sales targets for each salesperson and tracking incentives and bonuses in partnership with the finance team.

Portfolio management: analyzing market trends and key sectors for Meteojob to ensure prioritization and targeting of prospecting efforts, ensuring that no major opportunities are missed (identifying accounts that are not being properly addressed), and actively identifying new prospects. Implementing a quarterly restructuring of the prospect database.

More generally, supporting strategic decision-making, Go-to-Market initiatives, change management, and new product launches. Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and proactively providing feedback and recommendations.
Who are you?
With a successful first experience in Revenue Operations or a related field, you possess strong analytical skills and have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. You have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate agility and proactivity, and are results-oriented. You are fully fluent in both French and English.
