As Senior Business Developer, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of companies with significant recruitment challenges. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage and develop existing client accounts (mainly large enterprises).

  • Proactively acquire new clients through active prospecting in the Île-de-France region (cold calling, in-person meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals).

  • Support and retain clients (contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling).

  • Update the CRM (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with internal CSM/Product teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in selling B2B services, ideally in the HR sector. 

  • You see yourself more as a consultant than a product seller.

  • You want to work in a fast-paced, European-scale company that is highly responsive to client needs.

  • You have a professional level of English.

Our recruitment process (max. 3 weeks, 4 steps):
1️⃣ 45-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager.
2️⃣ 1-hour interview with your future Manager.
3️⃣ Business case presentation.
4️⃣ Final interview with the CEO/HR Director.
