Being a Business Developer at CleverConnect means playing a key role in the company's growth!

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new clients to managing a portfolio of companies with significant recruitment needs. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Build and develop a client portfolio through active prospecting (cold calling, in-person meetings, negotiation, closing).

  • Advise, retain, and support your clients in selecting the most suitable digital solutions for their recruitment challenges.

  • Provide regular reports and implement result forecasting.

  Who are you?

  • You have solid experience in selling services to businesses, ideally in the HR and/or Software sector.

  • You identify more with a consultative approach than simply selling products.

  • Proactive, agile, ambitious, and committed, you are eager to join a stimulating and supportive environment.

    • 1 hour interview with your future Manager

    • Case study or a technical assessment
