As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment and onboarding process for our subsidiaries in Europe. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to attract and recruit the best talent.

Your Responsibilities are : 👩‍🚀👨‍🚀

1. Defining Needs and Sourcing

  • Collaborate with managers to understand and challenge their needs.

  • Define and implement an effective sourcing strategy to attract top talent.

2. Full Recruitment Process Management

  • Ensure an optimal candidate experience throughout all stages: pre-screening, interviews, candidate evaluation.

  • Coordinate the various recruitment stages and verify references of final candidates.

  • Make final hiring decisions with managers.

3. Benchmarking and Job Offers

  • Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.

  • Provide candidates with all necessary information for an informed decision.

4. Candidate Experience and Onboarding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every step of the process.

  • Participate in onboarding new employees and monitor them during their probation period.

5. Management and Reporting

  • Manage a team of two people (France and Germany).

  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and propose corrective actions.

6. Market Research and HR Projects

  • Stay up to date with new recruitment trends and contribute to their implementation.

  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects, particularly employer branding development.

Who are you? 🎯

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in recruitment, ideally specialized in Tech.

  • Skills:

    • Proactive and autonomous, able to advise and support managers.

    • Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Lite, job boards, social networks, etc.).

    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Languages: Good level of English to evaluate English-speaking candidates.

  • Qualities: Team spirit, ability to accelerate recruitment processes while considering both candidate and company interests.
