Meteojob, a key player in connecting talent and companies, innovates every day to simplify and optimize the job search process through technology. To support our growth, we are looking for an autonomous and ambitious Account Executive to join our team in Nantes.

🧑‍💼 As an Account Executive, what will your missions be?

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio (prospecting, qualification, closing, retention) independently, from first contact to contract signature.

  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze prospects’ needs, and offer tailored, high-value-added solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: scheduling meetings, presenting offers, negotiating, closing, and providing regular activity reports.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with prospects and clients in the CRM, with a methodical and proactive approach.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to guarantee an optimal customer experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offers.

  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to sales processes and actively participate in Meteojob’s growth.

👤 Who are you?

  • Significant experience (2 to 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS, digital, or recruitment sector.

  • Strong ability to work independently, organize priorities, and achieve objectives without constant supervision.

  • Strong appetite for prospecting, challenges, and negotiation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to adapt your approach to different stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and a keen interest in digital environments.

  • Team spirit, energy, and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing journey.

Our recruitment process in 4 steps, within 2 weeks maximum:

  1. 45-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager

  2. 1-hour interview with the CRO

  3. Interview with the Business Unit Manager

  4. Final interview with the CEO/HR Director
