As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a central role in leading the SMB Sales team, with the mission of growing the client portfolio in the small & medium business segment by promoting our jobboard solutions. As a true "player-coach," you will combine team management with business development, with a clear objective: to accelerate Meteojob's growth in the French market.
This hybrid role positions you as both a leader and a hands-on contributor, allowing you to guide the team on a daily basis while staying actively engaged with high-potential SMB clients.
🚀 Your missions as a Sales Team Leader

Business Development: Identify new clients and directly manage key accounts within the SMB segment to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and a high renewal rate.

Growth Strategy: Define and execute the sales strategy to drive growth and retention of SMB clients.

Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of the SMB Sales team, ensuring the achievement of both individual and collective targets.
- Reporting & Analysis: Closely monitor the team’s commercial performance, regularly report KPIs to senior management, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure rigorous use of the CRM.
Who are you? 🎯

Proven experience in selling solutions to business functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.). You have mastered the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

You have prior experience in management, or you aspire to grow into this role to lead a team to success.

You demonstrate natural leadership, which you cultivate daily, and you know how to unite a team by leading by example.

Operational proficiency in English.
