(BDR) – DACH Market (f/m/d) | Munich

Join our growing Sales team and play a key role in accelerating CleverConnect's growth across the DACH region.

At CleverConnect, we believe that successful sales start with meaningful conversations and a deep understanding of customer challenges. As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth in the DACH market.

In this role, you will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic account targeting, and multi-channel outreach. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to identify high-potential prospects and convert them into qualified meetings.

Beyond prospecting, we are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually evolve into a more advanced sales role. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in enterprise SaaS sales while helping shape our lead generation strategy.

 

Your Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and target new accounts across the DACH market

  • Research companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

  • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns

  • Engage prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels

  • Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives

  • Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline

Account-Based Outreach

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define target accounts and ideal customer profiles

  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for strategic accounts

  • Understand customer pain points and articulate CleverConnect's value proposition

  • Identify decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations

Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities

  • Contribute market insights and feedback from prospect interactions

  • Participate in pipeline reviews and sales planning activities

  • Continuously improve prospecting approaches and messaging

Process & Tools

  • Leverage modern sales technologies and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking

  • Experiment with new prospecting techniques and outreach strategies

  • Contribute to the evolution of CleverConnect's lead generation playbook

Who You Are

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable prospecting and engaging new customers

  • Motivated by targets, growth, and continuous learning

Required

  • Native German speaker

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Experience in outbound prospecting or business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

  • SaaS sales experience

  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Enterprise customers

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools

  • Exposure to AI-driven sales technologies

  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment
