Meteojob, a key player in connecting talent with companies, innovates every day to simplify and optimize job searching through technology. To support our growth, we are looking for an autonomous and ambitious Account Executive to join our team in Nantes.

 

🧑‍💼 As an Account Executive, what will your responsibilities be?

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio (prospecting, qualification, closing, loyalty) independently, from the first contact to contract signature.

  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze prospects’ needs, and propose tailored, high-value-added solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: appointment setting, offer presentation, negotiation, closing, and regular activity reporting.

  • Ensure thorough follow-up of prospects and clients in the CRM, with a methodical and proactive organization.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure an optimal client experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offers.

  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to sales processes and play an active role in Meteojob’s growth.

👤 Who are you?

  • Solid experience (2 to 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS, digital, or recruitment sector.

  • Excellent ability to work independently, organize priorities, and reach objectives without constant supervision.

  • Strong interest in prospecting, challenges, and negotiation.

  • Great interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and an affinity for digital environments.

  • Team spirit, energy, and a desire to contribute to a fast-growing venture.

🧭 Our recruitment process in 4 steps over a maximum of 2 weeks:

  1. 45-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager

  2. 1-hour interview with the CRO

  3. Interview with the Business Unit Manager

  4. Final interview with the CEO/CHRO
