Being a Business Developer at CleverConnect means playing a key role in the company's growth!
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new clients to managing a portfolio of companies with significant recruitment needs. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

Build and develop a client portfolio through active prospecting (cold calling, in-person meetings, negotiation, closing).

Advise, retain, and support your clients in selecting the most suitable digital solutions for their recruitment challenges.

Provide regular reports and implement result forecasting.

You have solid experience in selling services to businesses, ideally in the HR and/or Software sector.

You identify more with a consultative approach than simply selling products.
