As a Sales Engineer, what will your responsibilities be?
Being a Sales Engineer at CleverConnect means playing a key role in the company’s growth in the Grand Est region!
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquiring new clients to managing a portfolio of companies with significant recruitment needs. More specifically, you will be expected to:

Take over a key client portfolio.

Build and develop a client portfolio through active prospecting in the Grand Est region (cold calling, in-person meetings, negotiation, closing).

Advise, retain, and support your clients in choosing the most suitable digital solutions for their recruitment challenges.

Travel is required, and a company car is included in the package.
Who are you?

You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B service sales, ideally in the HR/Recruitment sector.

You identify more with a consultative approach than simply selling products.

Our recruitment process in 4 steps, within a maximum of 2 weeks:

45-minute interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager
