Join a dynamic team at the heart of customer relations!
We are looking for an Assistant B2B Customer Relationship Manager to join our team dedicated to B2B clients. Your main mission? Provide personalized support to ensure our clientsâ satisfaction and success in using our media solutions.
Handling external and internal customer requests:Â Â

Qualification and processing of e-mail and telephone requestsÂ

Creation of users and subsidiaries on our platformÂ

Follow-up of internal requests via JiraÂ
Implementation and monitoring of communication toolsÂ

Reception and integration of elements supplied by customers.Â

Validation and confirmation of implementation. Â

Production and distribution of statistics for customers. Â
Internal collaboration and coordination

Participation in team meetings.Â

Work cross-functionally with other teams, especially Product and Tech teams, to optimize solutions.Â
Who are you?
Ideally, you have some initial internship/ternship experience in customer relations and SaaS software.
You're rigorous, methodical and organized.
You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy customer contact.Â
You're a real team player.
You can adapt quickly. You have a good sense of priorities and anticipation.
You speak French and English.Â
